杨博士赴意大利都灵参加SOSORT全球大会，作为国内唯一非公立机构代表发言

国际脊柱侧弯保守治疗大会（International Society on Scoliosis Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Treatment，SOSORT, 2026）在意大利都灵召开，这是全世界脊柱侧弯康复以及病因学研究领域的顶尖学者的学术聚会。

TheInternational Society on Scoliosis Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Treatment was held in Turin, Italy. It was an academic gathering of top scholars in the field of scoliosis rehabilitation and etiology research around the world.

作为国内唯一非公立机构代表，在此与大家分享我在SOSORT大会的经历。

As the only representative of non-public institutions in China, I would like to share my experience at the SOSORT Conference with you.

来到都灵后的第一天是会前会，来自意大利的教授分享了SEAS以及他们50度胸弯被支具治疗的经验。SEAS很有名，但教授分享的严重胸弯案例的题目是有争议的，如何平衡胸弯后上胸弯加重的难题，我的理解这个案例本意想分享一例大角度胸弯被矫正的案例，但这个题目太容易引战了，胸弯矫正后上胸弯加重的案例太多，一个案例是不能说明问题的，所以台下非常多的尖锐的问题直接排队给教授问起来，虽然有争议，但是还是有很多收获：1、胸弯支具施力点一定要在顶椎区下方，2、为了不出现上胸弯可以两侧腋窝都抬高用来做牵引，3、侧方施力最好是纠正旋转而不是纠正平移，4、为了纠正胸椎侧弯，最好让腰弯留一些角度，5、他们佩戴的时间竟然要23小时，6、体检与X片同样重要。

The first day was a pre-conference meeting, where professors from Italy shared SEAS and their experience in the treatment of 50-degree thoracic curvature with braces. SEAS is very famous, but the title of the severe chest bend case shared by the professor is controversial. How to balance the problem of worsening the upper chest bend after chest bend. I understand that this case is intended to share a case where a large-angle chest bend was corrected, but this topic is too easy to start a battle. There are too many cases of worsening the upper chest bend after chest bend correction. One case cannot explain the problem. Therefore, many sharp questions were directly queued up for the professor. Although they were controversial, there were still many gains: 1. The point of applying force to the thoracic bend brace must be below the top vertebral area. 2. In order to avoid upper thoracic bend, both armpits can be raised for traction. 3. The lateral force is best to correct rotation rather than translation. 4. In order to correct thoracic bending, it is best to leave some angle to the lumbar bend. 5. The time they wear is actually 23 hours. 6. Physical examination is as important as X-ray.

第二天讨论更加热烈，RIGO支具比BOSTON支具效果好，基于LENKE分型的三维分型研究，我以为大家都会被TITLE所困不敢问问题，没想到问题还是很尖锐，学到很多，实用、不惧权威、坚持自己的理念，SOSORT会议氛围非常好。

The discussion became even more lively the next day. The RIGO brace was more effective than BOSTON brace. Based on the three-dimensional classification research based on LENKE classification, I thought that everyone would be trapped by TITLE and dare not ask questions. Unexpectedly, the questions were still very sharp and learned a lot. It was practical, not afraid of authority, and adhered to one's own philosophy. The atmosphere of the SOSORT meeting was very good.

第三天是我的发言，其实英文发言最重要的就是要慢，因为台下很多都是非英语国家的，说的慢反而会传达更清晰的观点，同时说的慢，会传达一种更加自信的气场。总体来说我对自己的发言很满意，传达了松弛素3的信息，更重要的是让世界知道了我们的弹簧侧弯生物力学发病机制理论以及衍生出的ZDT训练体系～

The third day was my speech. In fact, the most important thing about speaking in English is to be slow, because many people in the audience are from non-English speaking countries. Speaking slowly will convey a clearer point of view. At the same time, speaking slowly will convey a more confident atmosphere. Overall, I am very satisfied with my speech, which conveyed the message of relaxin 3. More importantly, I let the world know our theory of biomechanical pathogenesis of spring scoliosis and the derived ZDT training system ~

第四天和来自美国的贺小桦教授以及来自意大利的NEGRINI教授交流，SOSORT欢迎中国学者在数据支持下的理论创新～今天会场最有争议的一点，颈椎反弓全世界都有，不论侧弯还是非侧弯，颈椎生理曲度变直都是常见问题，大部分学者的观点，这是代偿，少低头，但不需要专门训练缓解～

On the fourth day, I had an exchange with Professor He Xiaohua from the United States and Professor NEGRINI from Italy. SOSORT welcomed the theoretical innovations of China scholars supported by data ~ The most controversial point of today's venue is that cervical spine reverse arches are common all over the world. Whether it is lateral curvature or non-lateral curvature, the straightening of the cervical spine physiological curvature is a common problem. Most scholars believe that this is compensation, reducing your head, but no special training is needed to relieve it.

第五天我专门看了支具上固定的传感器，用来监测支具佩戴时间和压力，蛮好的设计，希望快点引入中国～

On the fifth day, I specially looked at the sensor fixed on the brace to monitor the wearing time and pressure of the brace. It was a very good design and I hope to introduce it to China soon ~

第六天途经罗马回国，正好来一天罗马假日，今年总共有7位学者获准加入SOSORT，非常荣幸我在其中，希望明年加拿大魁北克的SOSORT会议我也能有大会发言，也能收获良多～

On the sixth day, I returned home via Rome. It happened to be a Roman holiday. A total of 7 scholars have been allowed to join SOSORT this year. I am very honored to be there. I hope I can also speak at the SOSORT Conference in Quebec, Canada next year and gain a lot.
