I am Celine, and I am a Chinese-French mixed-race girl. My mother is from China, and my father is completely French. I like painting very much. Comics and China paintings are both very simple to me~

然而，不知从何时起，我发觉自己的身体出现了一些异样，起初只是偶尔的不适，可后来越发明显。去医院一检查，结果让我和爸爸妈妈都很担心。我的腰椎有了15度左右的侧弯。

However, I noticed something strange in my body. At first, it was just occasional discomfort, but later it became more obvious. I went to the hospital for a check-up, and the results made my parents and I worried. My lumbar spine is about 15 degrees of lateral bending.

好在爸爸妈妈找到了衷德脊柱侧弯矫正与研究中心，找到了杨博士。但在杨博士的评估下，有了更糟糕的事情...我还有比较严重的骺背情况，正常只有十度左右，我的度数却达到了 28 度。

Fortunately, my parents found the Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center. But under Dr. Yang's assessment, something worse... I also have a relatively serious thoracic kyphosis condition. Normally, it is only about ten degrees, but my degree has reached 28 degrees.

那时，我心里满是害怕和担忧，害怕自己以后不能再奔跑、画画，担忧身体会不会越来越糟糕……

I was full of fear and worry. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to run or paint in the future, and worried that my body would get worse and worse...

杨博士非常专业，他和他的团队耐心、仔细地为我制定了专属训练计划。从那以后，我便跟着杨博士认认真真地开始训练，每一个动作、每一次坚持，都饱含着我对健康的渴望。

Dr. Yang is very professional. He and his team patiently and carefully formulated an exclusive training plan for me. Since then, I have followed Dr. Yang and started training seriously. Every movement and every persistence are full of my desire for health.

三个月的时间里，我认真努力地训练，而努力也终于有了回报。我惊喜地发现，自己的体态有了明显的变化，侧弯从15度下降到了5度，而我的骺背也从28度下降到了12度，曾经的那些担忧正一点点消散。

For three months, I trained hard and hard, and my efforts finally paid off. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my body shape had changed significantly. My scoliosis had recovered from 15 degrees to 5 degrees, and my thoracic kyphosis had also recovered from 28 degrees to 12 degrees. Those worries I had before were disappearing.

X线片结果出来的那一刻，我开心得快要落泪了，心里满是对杨博士的感激。

The moment the X-ray results came out, I was so happy that I was about to cry, and my heart was full of gratitude to Dr. Yang. I was absoutely normal now! 

为了纪念这来之不易的改变，我和爸爸妈妈一起与杨博士拍了合照，我还用心地为杨博士画了一幅画～
