我是夏天，13度降到5度，坚持就是胜利！

大家好，我是夏天，今年8岁，来自美丽的常州。记得发现我脊柱侧弯的时候，妈妈急得像热锅上的蚂蚁，带着我四处求医。后来在网上看到上海衷德脊柱的那些成功案例，我们就决定去试试看。

Hello everyone, I am Summer, 8 years old this year, from Changzhou. I remember when I discovered that I had scoliosis, my mother was so anxious and took me everywhere to seek medical treatment. Later, we saw those successful cases of Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center in Shanghai  on the Internet, and we decided to give it a try.

杨博士真的超级专业，而且超级耐心，他根据我侧弯的角度、骨骼发育情况和身体状况，给我量身定制了一套矫正方案。训练的时候，康复师老师一对一地教我，每次都会及时纠正我的动作，训练过程中也劳逸结合，让我有休息时间。每次训练结束，杨博士都会仔细评估我的体态，根据我的情况及时调整治疗方案，真是太专业了！

Dr. Yang is really super professional and super patient. He tailor-made a correction plan for me based on the angle of my scoliosis, bone development and physical condition. During training, the rehabilitation teacher taught me one-on-one, and corrected my movements in time every time. During the training process, he also combined work and rest to give me time to rest. At the end of every training, Dr. Yang would carefully evaluate my posture and adjust the treatment plan in time according to my situation. It was so professional!

在这里训练了三个月，我每天在家也坚持打卡训练。最近拍片一看，我的侧弯角度从13度降到了5度，我简直乐开了花！所有的努力都没有白费，我要特别感谢衷德脊柱的老师们，特别是杨博士，真的太感谢了！

After training here for three months, I also insist on checking in every day at home. When I took a recent photo shoot, my lateral bending angle dropped from 13 degrees to 5 degrees. I was so happy! All my efforts were not in vain. I would like to thank the teachers who are dedicated to their moral integrity, especially Dr. Yang. I am really grateful!
