我是小瑜，左胸弯28度矫正半年回到12度！

Hello everyone, I’m Xiaoyu. I love nature and enjoy going to the park with my friends. My mom also takes me to buy mystery boxes. I have really good luck—once I even drew a hidden edition doll right away!

爸爸发现了我好像有侧弯，带我去公立医院检查，发现了28度的左胸弯，于是我们寻找治疗的地方。然后就发现了衷德脊柱，外婆和爸爸带我一起来就诊，杨医生很耐心跟我们讲解，说我的侧弯属于不典型侧弯，需要支具和训练同步治疗。我相信我可以战胜侧弯，所以努力的适应支具。

My father discovered that I seemed to have lateral curvature and took me to a public hospital for examination. He found my 28-degree left thoracic curvature, so we looked for a place to treat it. Then we discovered Zhongde, Grandma and my father brought me to see a doctor. Dr. Yang patiently explained to us that my scoliosis was atypical scoliosis and required simultaneous treatment with brace and training. I believed that I could overcome scoliosis, so I worked hard to adapt to the brace.

我坚持每天都戴支具，半年过去了，再次脱下支具拍片，发现我的胸弯角度从28度降到了18度，旋转也从9度降到了4度，我非常开心！

I insisted on wearing a brace every day. Half a year passed. I took off the brace again and found that my chest bend angle had dropped from 28 degrees to 18 degrees, and my rotation had dropped from 9 degrees to 4 degrees. I was very happy! 

不过开心之余，我知道革命尚未成功，还要继续坚持，所以我照常每周来到衷德脊柱锻炼，也依旧每天都好好戴支具，这一次又过了3个月后的拍片日，我的角度又下降了！从原来的28度降到了上次的18度，现在又降到了12度，我和爸爸妈妈都很高兴，非常感谢杨医生和衷德团队的小姐姐们！

But while I was happy, I knew that the revolution had not yet been successful and I had to continue to persevere, so I came to Zhongde for spinal exercise every week as usual, and I still wore braces every day. This time, the filming day was three months later, and my angle dropped again! It has dropped from 28 degrees to 18 degrees last time, and now it has dropped to 12 degrees.
