我是昕昕，坚持ZDT矫正三个月，上胸弯下降至15度，体态明显改善～

大家好，我是昕昕，来自杭州，今年13岁。我的上胸弯是18度，然而爸爸妈妈发现这里并没有效果很好的脊柱侧弯矫正机构，支具也不能够很好的改善我的上胸弯，于是找到了上海静安的衷德脊柱侧弯矫正与研究中心，所幸杨博士非常专业，解答了许多我们的疑惑，我们也决定在这里训练试试。

Hello everyone, I am Xinxin, from Hangzhou, 13 years old this year. My upper thoracic curve is 18 degrees. However, my parents found that there was no effective scoliosis correction institution here, and the braces could not improve my upper thoracic curve very well. So they found Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center in Shanghai. Fortunately, Dr. Yang was very professional and answered many of our doubts, and we also decided to train here and try it.

每周来上海做训练的路途很遥远，但是在每次训练结束后，杨博士都会评估我的体态，及时和我们沟通，这也让爸爸妈妈十分放心。而我每次也会很认真的训练，不浪费每一次矫正的机会，争取得到最好的结果。

It is a long journey to Shanghai for training every week, but after each training, Dr. Yang will evaluate my posture and communicate with us in time, which also makes my parents very relieved. And I will train very seriously every time, not waste every opportunity to correct, and strive to get the best results.

很快三个月过去了，我的上胸弯从18度降到了15度，体态也明显好了很多，我和爸爸妈妈都觉得非常值得，这三个月的努力没有白费，特别感谢杨博士和衷德团队，谢谢你们～
