My name is Tiantian. After three months of regular spinal training at Zhongde Spine, my lumbar curvature decreased from 13 degrees to 9 degrees, and the thoracic curvature reduced from 11 degrees to 6 degrees, demonstrating significant improvement.

一开始在衷德脊柱做锻炼的时候,我并没有非常认真的对待这件事情,有时候觉得可以先做别的事情,就会先搁置锻炼的事情,一期训练过后发现我的角度没有好转,妈妈和我都非常沮丧。杨博士建议我们提高训练频率,按时一周两次来训练。我们决定再试一试。
Initially, when participating in the training program at Zhongde Spine, I did not take it very seriously and sometimes postponed the exercises, thinking I could focus on other tasks first. However, after completing one training session, I noticed no improvement in my spinal alignment, which left both my mother and me feeling very discouraged. Dr. Yang recommended increasing the training frequency to twice weekly. We decided to try again.

一周两次的锻炼很辛苦,有时候作业会做到很晚,但是一想到之前没有认真对待这件事的后果,我就咬牙坚持。又过了三个月后,发现我的侧弯果真好了许多,腰弯降低了4度、胸弯降低了5度,都恢复到正常的度数了,我很高兴!体态现在好了很多,完全没有侧弯的样子了。
Exercising twice a week was physically demanding, and I sometimes worked on assignments late into the night. However, the realization of the consequences of previously neglecting this matter motivated me to persevere. After another three months, I observed significant improvement in my scoliosis: the lumbar curvature decreased by 4 degrees and the thoracic curvature decreased by 5 degrees, both returning to normal ranges. I was delighted by these results. My posture had markedly improved, with no visible signs of scoliosis remaining.
