大家好，我是Emily，今年11岁，我喜欢听英文小故事，特别入迷特别沉浸其中。我的兴趣很广泛，从小就上了各种各样的兴趣班。然而多亏了舞蹈老师，是她发现了我的高低肩，我们才会注意到原来我有脊柱侧弯。

Hello everyone, I am Emily, 11 years old this year. I like to listen to English stories and am very fascinated and immersed in them. I have a wide range of interests and have attended various interest classes since childhood. However, thanks to the dance teacher, she discovered my high and low shoulders that we noticed that I had scoliosis.

老师发现后，妈妈立即带我去医院做了检查，发现我有11度的侧弯，于是妈妈立马带我来到了提前看过的衷德脊柱侧弯矫正与研究中心。是杨博士给我做的体态评估，又研究了我的x片，发现我的侧弯方向和旋转方向是相反的，而我的旋转竟然也有5度。对于杨博士专业的信任，妈妈决定让我在这里做训练。因为我的侧弯类型和别的小朋友不太一样，所以杨博士也很认真的给我制定了训练方案。

After the teacher found out, my mother immediately took me to the hospital for an examination and found that I had 11 degrees of scoliosis, so my mother later took me to the Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center, which she had visited in advance. It was Dr. Yang who gave me a physical assessment and studied my x-ray. He found that my lateral bending direction and rotation direction were opposite, and my rotation was actually 5 degrees. Regarding Dr. Yang's professional trust, my mother decided to let me do training here. Based on my different scoliosis type from other kids, Dr. Yang also carefully formulated a training plan for me.

每次训练我都认真对待，我要把每一件事都做到最好，所有的付出就都会有回报。三个月过后，再次拍x片的时候，我的侧弯已经从11度回到了5度，旋转居然也从5度下降到3.5度，这真是让人惊喜，我恢复了！

I take every training seriously. I want to do everything best, and all my efforts will be rewarded. Three months later, when I took x-ray again, my lateral bending had returned from 11 degrees to 5 degrees, and my rotation had dropped from 5 degrees to 3.5 degrees. That was really surprising. I recovered!
