你好，我叫苗苗，胸弯20度，腰弯32度。妈妈很早就发现了我有脊柱侧弯，于是从网上找了一家私立机构带我每天去做训练，做了半年多，但是没有任何好转，于是来到了衷德脊柱。

Hello, my name is Miaomiao, with a chest bend of 20 degrees and a waist bend of 32 degrees. My mother discovered that I had scoliosis very early, so she found a private institution on the Internet to take me to do daily training. I did it for more than half a year, but there was no improvement, so I came to Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center.

杨博士看了我的x片并且评估了我的体态之后，建议我做ZDT矫正训练+佩戴支具，我和妈妈在杨博士的专业下决定试试。一开始戴支具拍片的效果很好，我也每周都坚持来衷德脊柱做训练，每天也都坚持戴支具，后来脱支拍的x片显示我的度数已经降低了一半了！这样让我也更有动力继续坚持训练。

After Dr. Yang looked at my x-ray and evaluated my posture, he suggested that I do ZDT corrective training + wear brace. My mother and I decided to try it under Dr. Yang's major. At first, the results of taking x-ray with braces were very good. I also insisted on coming to Zhongde for spinal training every week and wearing braces every day. Later, the x-ray taken with braces showed that my degree had dropped by half! This also gives me more motivation to continue training.

来到衷德不知不觉两年多了，我和妈妈都十分信赖杨博士和所有康复师，最近脱支后拍x片显示我的胸弯从20度降到了14度，腰弯从32度降到了15度，我很开心！

It has been more than two years since I came to Zhongde without realizing it. My mother and I trust Dr. Yang and all rehabilitation therapists very much. Recently, an x-ray without wearing brace showed that my chest bend dropped from 20 degrees to 14 degrees, and my waist bend dropped from 32 degrees to 15 degrees, I am very happy!

我现在已经上高中了，可以开始夜间佩戴支具，但是我还会继续来衷德脊柱做训练，直到我完全脱掉支具！直到我不会再加重！

I am now in high school and can start wearing braces only at night, but I will continue to come to Zhongde for spinal training until I completely remove the braces! Until I won't get worse!
