I am Xiaoyu. Since the discovery of my scoliosis, my mother has been deeply concerned about my condition. Despite seeking training programs at multiple institutions, no significant improvement was observed. Later, when I visited Zhongde Spine Clinic, my mother recognized Dr. Yang's exceptional professionalism. 我也开始乖乖佩戴支具，每周来衷德认真的做训练，每次杨博士都会评估我的体态，有任何新的改变都会及时和妈妈沟通，我们都非常安心。随着时间的流逝，我惊奇的发现我的体态越来越好了，我的背越来越挺拔，高低肩也没那么明显了。

I also began to diligently wear the brace and attend weekly training sessions at Zhongde. Dr. Yang would assess my posture each time, and any new changes would be promptly communicated to my mother. Both of us felt greatly reassured. Over time, I was surprised to observe significant improvements in my posture, with my back becoming increasingly upright and the uneven shoulder height becoming less pronounced.

To date, I have been undergoing Zhongde Spinal Training for nearly six months. Recent x-ray revealed a reduction in my thoracic curvature angle from 38 degrees to 33 degrees, and thoracic vertebral rotation decreased from 13 degrees to 4 degrees.
