因为妈妈的及早发现还有杨博士的正确训练干预，我的20度胸弯恢复到1度

我是小溪，一个爱画画的肉肉男生，我的妈妈自小就关注我的体态，生怕我有脊柱侧弯，因为她小时候开过刀，用钉子把整个脊柱给钉直了，估计是手术体验太差了，妈妈最害怕我再经历一次。

I am Xiaoxi, a boy who loves painting. My mother has been paying attention to my posture since I was a child, afraid that I would have scoliosis, because she had a knife when she was a child and used nails to straighten the entire spine. It's probably because the surgical experience was too bad, and my mother was most afraid of me going through it again.

但是，往往担心的事情就会发生，妈妈发现我两个肩膀不平了，立刻带我去了医院，拍片胸弯20°，医生要我戴支具。妈妈绝望了，这么小年纪侧弯，以后逃不过像她那样做手术了。

However, things that I was worried about often happened. My mother found that my shoulders were uneven and immediately took me to the hospitalAfter taking the X-Ray, I found that my chest was bent at 20 degrees, and the doctor asked me to wear a brace.My mother was desperate. I would have scoliosis at such a young age, and I would have to undergo surgery like her in the future.

还好爸爸很冷静，因为角度不是特别大，干预一定是要干预的，但不一定立刻戴支具，带着我和妈妈来到衷德，杨博士看见我后我只记得一句话：不厉害，虽然是胸弯难矫正，但是是侧弯最初始状态，有信心能回来！

Fortunately, my father was very calm, because the angle was not particularly big. The intervention must be done, but I didn't have to put on braces immediately and they took me to Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center.  I only remembered one sentence by Dr. Yang: Not bad. Although it was difficult to correct thoracic curve, it was in the initial state of scoliosis and I was confident that I could be cured！

三个月的训练很辛苦，但是确实我后背看着挺拔了不少，圣诞节杨博士还送我了圣诞礼物，作为回礼我把我们的合影画成了画，杨博士很喜欢~   

Three months of training was a hard work, but my back did look a lot taller. Dr. Yang also gave me a Christmas present for Christmas. As a return, I drew our group photo into a picture. Dr. Yang liked it very much ~

拍片复查的时间到了，爸妈和我都很忐忑，不想面对不好的结果，但这回还是杨博士给我们鼓励，没事的，估计好很多了，去拍张X片看看效果吧

It's time for the X-Ray review. My parents and I are very nervous. But this time, Dr. Yang gave us encouragement. It's probably much better.

20°回到了1°，付出总会有回报的~
