杨医生说,这是因为我那一年的生长速度超过了常人,再加上我那松弛的韧带。我的脊柱弯曲超过了20度,需要戴上支具,我和爸爸妈妈都非常信任杨医生,所以我不仅戴着支具,还坚持训练,没想到的是,训练后我的脊柱不仅变直了,我还有了直角肩,就像超人一样。

Dr. Yang said it was because my growth rate that year was faster than normal, combined with my loose ligaments. My spinal curvature exceeded 20 degrees, requiring me to wear a brace. My parents and I trusted Dr. Yang very much, so I not only wore the brace but also persisted in training. Unexpectedly, after training, my spine not only straightened but I also developed a "right-angle shoulder," just like a superhero.

 




一年后,我脱掉了支具,24小时后发现,我的腰弯角度基本没有了,胸弯和上胸弯也只要2度就能回到正常了。看到这样明显的好转,我更有动力了。每次的训练都很认真,支具也坚持每天戴着,我的侧弯角度一直都非常稳定。

A year later, I took off the brace. Twenty-four hours later, I found that the angle of my lumbar curve was almost gone, and the thoracic and upper thoracic curves only needed 2 degrees to return to normal. Seeing such obvious improvement, I became even more motivated. I trained earnestly every time and wore the brace every day, so my scoliosis angle remained very stable.

 

直到现在,我已经在这里训练了3年多了,杨医生非常负责,时刻关注我的体态,也会及时给我调整训练计划,康复师小姐姐都很耐心,经常鼓励我,最近一次的拍片显示我的胸弯角度从23度降到10度,腰弯从27度降到4度,上胸弯从17度降到14度,胸椎旋转从5度降到1度,我的体态也在越来越好,现在已经非常挺拔了,但我依旧会继续坚持在这里训练,杨医生说,等我成年后,这个角度基本就不会再加重了。

Until now, I have been training here for more than 3 years. Dr. Yang is very responsible, always paying attention to my posture and adjusting my training plan in a timely manner. The rehabilitation therapists are very patient and often encourage me. The most recent X-ray showed that my thoracic curve angle decreased from 23 degrees to 10 degrees, my lumbar curve from 27 degrees to 4 degrees, my upper thoracic curve from 17 degrees to 14 degrees, and my thoracic rotation from 5 degrees to 1 degree. My posture is getting better and better, and now I am very upright. But I will still continue to train here. Dr. Yang said that once I reach adulthood, the angle will basically not get worse.
