大家好，我是甜甜！在我13岁那年，我出现了28度的脊柱侧弯。那一刻，妈妈的脸色变得苍白，她开始四处奔波，寻找能帮助我的地方。幸运的是，我们找到了衷德脊柱，遇到了超级专业的杨博士。他不仅耐心地解释了我的情况，还为我量身定制了一套训练计划。

Hello everyone, I am Tiantian! When I was 13 years old, I developed a 28-degree scoliosis. At that moment, my mother's face turned pale, and she began to run around looking for places to help me.Fortunately, we found the backbone of Zhongde and met the super professional Dr. Yang. Not only did he patiently explain my situation, but he also customized a training plan for me.

我在这里开始了我的康复之旅，每天坚持训练，还按照杨博士的建议戴上了支具。时间过得真快，转眼两年过去了，最近我脱掉支具去拍片，结果简直太棒了！我的28度腰弯降到了15度，胸弯也从14度降到了7度。

I started my recovery journey here, training every day and wearing braces as recommended by Dr. Yang. Time flies so fast. Two years have passed in the blink of an eye. Recently, I took off my braces to take a photo shoot, and the results were amazing! My 28-degree waist bend dropped to 15 degrees, and my chest bend dropped from 14 degrees to 7 degrees.

我感觉所有的努力和汗水都值了。我真心感谢衷德脊柱和杨博士，是他们让我重新找回了自信和快乐。
