Hi everyone, I’m Xiaokai. I’m 15 years old and just finished my high school entrance exams. Scoliosis was my companion throughout middle school.

One day, Mom noticed my posture looked off and took me to a top-tier hospital for an X-ray. The curve measured 25 degrees. Mom was really worried and, on the doctor’s advice, decided I should wear a brace. After more than half a year, a follow-up scan showed the curve inside the brace had only reduced to around 19 degrees. Mom felt this wasn’t good enough – time was precious for me. So she started looking for other options.She found Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center on Dianping , where the reviews seemed genuine and honest. She brought me here for a consultation. Dr. Yang’s expertise really convinced Mom. Following his advice, I got a new brace made and started a combined treatment plan with specific exercises.

半年多过去了，再次复查时，旋转从10度下降至3度，脱支具24小时X片角度从25度下降至15度，妈妈看到后，特别开心，我也明白有些东西也彻底不同了，这半年，汗水和酸痛是真实的，镜子中一点点变直的轮廓也是真实的。

Now, after another half a year or so, I went back for another check-up. My rotation had improved from 10 degrees down to 3 degrees. Even more amazing, the X-ray taken 24 hours *after* removing the brace showed my curve had gone down from 25 degrees to 15 degrees! Mom was overjoyed when she saw the results. And I realized something truly *had* changed. These past six months? The sweat and soreness were real. And seeing my posture gradually straightening in the mirror? That was real too.
