我是蕾蕾，纯训练三个月从13度回到9度，我很开心～

大家好，我是蕾蕾，今年9岁。我很喜欢听故事，对历史故事有浓厚的兴趣。

Hello everyone, I am Leilei, 9 years old this year. I like listening to stories very much and have a strong interest in historical stories.

有一天学校组织了脊柱侧弯筛查活动，我被医生查出来可能有脊柱侧弯，于是妈妈赶紧带我去医院拍了片子，结果不出所料我有12度的侧弯。于是妈妈带我去了医院做治疗，每天都要训练2个小时，但是没想到侧弯加重到了13度。

One day, the school organized a scoliosis screening activity. The doctor found out that I might have scoliosis, so my mother quickly took me to the hospital for an X-ray. As expected, I had 12-degree scoliosis. So my mother took me to the hospital for treatment. I had to train for 2 hours every day, but I didn't expect my scoliosis to get worse to 13 degrees.

于是妈妈在网上搜索别的治疗脊柱侧弯的地方，从平台上找到了衷德脊柱侧弯矫正与研究中心。来到这里做训练不需要每天花很多时间，只要每周到衷德训练2次，平时在家里做一两个动作就可以了，所以我也能很好的坚持下来。

So my mother searched the Internet for other places to treat scoliosis and found the Zhongde Scoliosis Correction and Research Center on the platform. I don't need to spend a lot of time every day when I come here to do training. I just need to go to Zhongde to train twice a week and do one or two movements at home, so I can persevere well.

三个月的周期到了，也到了又要拍片子的时候，这次我和妈妈还是很担心，担心会不会和之前一样又加重，但结果很好，医院的拍片医生说只有5度了，回到衷德给杨博士看了之后，杨博士保守测量了是9度，不管怎么样我都回到了正常的范围内，我很开心，妈妈也很满意。

The three-month cycle is up, and it's time to take a film again. This time my mother and I are still very worried, worried that it will get worse as before, but the results are very good. The hospital's doctor said it was only 5 degrees. After returning to Zhongde and showing it to Dr. Yang, Dr. Yang conservatively measured it to be 9 degrees. No matter what, I returned to the normal range. I was very happy and my mother was very satisfied.
