大家好，我是小琳，今年14岁了，平时喜欢看书。

Hello everyone, I'm Xiaolin, 14 years old, and I usually enjoy reading.  

第一次拍片的时候医生说我的角度不大，没关系的。但是第二次拍片的时候就发展成40多度了，妈妈非常担心，带我去了很多家医院，医生都建议我做手术，可是我还小，妈妈不愿意看到我吃这么大的苦。我们在小红书上看到杨博士很多的案例，妈妈决定放手一搏。

During my first X-ray, the doctor said my curvature wasn’t significant and it was nothing to worry about. But by the second X-ray, it had progressed to over 40 degrees. My mom was very concerned and took me to many hospitals. Doctors recommended surgery, but since I’m still young, Mom didn’t want me to go through such a major ordeal. We came across Dr. Yang’s many success stories on RED, and Mom decided to take a chance.  

我们来到了衷徳脊柱，带上了支具，虽然身上会有压痕，但是想到和手术相比我觉得不值一提，加上锻炼，很快体态上就有了好转，我和妈妈都非常开心。虽然中途我在训练的时候腱鞘炎会痛，但是我还是坚持不懈，我知道只要努力就会有收获。

We went to Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center and got fitted for a brace. Although it leaves marks on my skin, I feel it’s nothing compared to surgery. With the brace and exercise, my posture improved quickly, which made both Mom and me very happy. Even though I sometimes experienced tenosynovitis pain during training, I persisted because I know hard work pays off. 

半年后拍片，我的腰弯从40度下降到了29度，这无疑给了我巨大的信心。谢谢杨博士和衷徳脊柱的小姐姐们！我精心挑选了一个最好看的玩偶送给衷德，大家都觉得很可爱～接下来的时间，我会加倍努力的！

 Half a year later, another X-ray showed my spinal curvature had reduced from 40 degrees to 29 degrees, which gave me tremendous confidence. Thank you, Dr. Yang, and all the wonderful ladies at Zhongde Spine! I carefully selected the most beautiful doll for Zhongde. Everyone thought it was very cute ~Moving forward, I’ll double my efforts!
