我是家慧，1000公里，3个月，我恢复了！

大家好，我是来自河北沧州的家慧，我喜欢三丽欧家族中的库洛米，今年我上六年级了。

Hi everyone, I'm Jiahui from Cangzhou, Hebei. I love Kuromi from Sanrio, and I'm in sixth grade this year.  

因为家里的姐姐侧弯特别严重，妈妈对我的身体状态特别的关心，在一次不经意间妈妈发现我的体态有点奇怪，我们就开始了长达很久的侧弯之路。

Because my older sister has severe scoliosis, Mom pays extra attention to my physical health. One day, she noticed my posture looked unusual, and so began our long journey with scoliosis.  

之前在三甲医院训练的日子特别痛苦，每次都耗时很久，训练了4个月后的结果却是从9度加重到了15度！幸好妈妈在小红书上看到了有人分享了杨博士的侧弯康复案例，决定带我来寻求帮助，也让我试着重拾希望。

The previous days of training in a tertiary A hospital were particularly painful. Each time it took a long time, but after 4 months of training, the result worsened from 9 degrees to 15 degrees! Fortunately, my mother saw in the Little Red Book that someone shared Dr. Yang's scoliosis rehabilitation case and decided to take me here for help, which also allowed me to try to regain hope.

每周我都会从河北来到上海，来到衷德脊柱做训练，虽然路程遥远，但是妈妈和我都对杨博士和康复师们非常有信心，因此一直坚持了下来。

Every week, I come to Shanghai from Hebei to Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center for training. Although it is a long journey, my mother and I are very confident in Dr. Yang and the rehabilitation technicians, so I have persisted.

在衷德训练了三个月，当我们再次面对x片的结果时，惊喜地发现我的腰弯角度从15度下降到9度，胸椎旋转从7度下降到5度。从河北到上海来回10个小时，旅途中我觉得再也不难熬了。对于矫正训练我越来越有信心，于是继续在衷德脊柱训练，并坚持了一年多后我的侧弯进一步下降到了3度！谢谢杨博士每次的耐心评估，我还会继续加油的！

After three months of training in Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center, when we faced the results of x-ray again, we were pleasantly surprised to find that my lumbar bend angle dropped from 15 degrees to 9 degrees, and my thoracic rotation dropped from 7 degrees to 5 degrees. It took a 10-hour round trip from Hebei to Shanghai, and I felt that the journey was no longer difficult. I became more and more confident in corrective training, so I continued to train in Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center. After more than a year, my scoliosis dropped further to 3 degrees! Thank you Dr. Yang for your patient evaluation every time, and I will continue to cheer!

为了感谢杨博士，我写了我最擅长的字送给他，康复师老师们也赞不绝口，还把我的书法展示了出来，我很开心！

In order to thank Dr. Yang, I wrote the calligraphy I am best at and gave it to him. The rehabilitation teachers also praised it and showed off my calligraphy. I am very happy!
