大家好，我是暖暖。一次偶然的机会，妈妈在我洗澡时发现体态有些异样，心里不免有些担忧。为了确认情况，妈妈立刻带我去拍了X光片。检查结果证实了妈妈的观察，我被诊断为脊柱侧弯，腰椎弯曲23度。

Hello everyone, I'm Nuannuan. One day by chance, while I was taking a bath, my mom noticed something unusual about my posture, which naturally made her worried. To confirm the situation, she immediately took me to get an X-ray. The results confirmed her observation: I was diagnosed with scoliosis, with a lumbar curve of 23 degrees.

Faced with this diagnosis, my mom actively sought solutions. Very soon, she had a custom brace made for me at a scoliosis correction center. Even after I started wearing the brace, Mom still wasn't completely reassured. She then found Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center on Dianping (a popular review platform in China), where it had very high ratings, and took me there. Under the guidance of Dr. Yang, I began my training program.

一开始的训练我都未知，但是好在我的担心是多余的，训练过程远比我想象的要顺利。我适应得很好，我觉得训练内容轻松有趣，每周都是开开心心地去上课。这份快乐也感染了爸爸妈妈，让整个治疗过程少了许多焦虑。

At the beginning, I had no idea what the training would involve, and I was a bit apprehensive. Thankfully, my worries were unnecessary. The training process turned out to be much smoother than I had imagined. I adapted well. I found the training content to be easy and fun, and I went to my sessions happily every week, a smile on my face. This happiness also rubbed off on my mom and dad, making the whole treatment process much less anxious for everyone.

坚持真的带来了回报！经过半年不懈的努力，配合衷德脊柱的专业训练，我的体态有了好转腰椎旋转角度从最初的10度显著降低到了3度。更令人惊喜的是，在脱下支具24小时后重新拍摄X光片复查，结果显示腰椎弯曲角度从最初的23度下降到了10度，看着这些实实在在的数据变化，我的心中充满了喜悦和感激。

Persistence truly paid off! After half a year of consistent effort, combined with the professional training at Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center , my posture improved significantly: my lumbar vertebral rotation angle remarkably decreased from the initial 10 degrees to just 3 degrees.Even more excitingly, during a follow-up X-ray taken 24 hours after removing the brace, the results showed that my lumbar curve angle had reduced from the original 23 degrees down to 10 degrees!Seeing these tangible, concrete changes in the data filled my heart with overflowing joy and gratitude.
