我叫龙龙，我的梦想是成为一名芭蕾舞者。跳芭蕾形体很重要，脚步轻盈，舞姿优雅，每一次旋转我感觉像梦境中翩翩起舞的小精灵。

My name is Longlong, and my dream is to become a ballet dancer. The shape of ballet is very important, with light footsteps and elegant dancing. Every rotation I feel like a dancing elf in a dream.

但是在即将到来的舞蹈学校入学考试前夕，我的脊柱出现了左胸弯13度、旋转6度的情况。这个消息对我和我爸爸妈妈都是无疑是沉重的打击。

But on the eve of the upcoming dance school entrance exam, my spine has a left chest bend of 13 degrees and a rotation of 6 degrees. This news was undoubtedly a heavy blow to my parents and me.

我爸妈为我的事心急如焚，为了不耽误入学考试，我爸爸妈妈找到了衷德脊柱侧弯矫正与研究中心的杨博士，他认为我能在入学前好起来，他的话给了我很大的希望。在这里开始了我的脊柱侧弯训练之旅。

My parents were anxious about me. In order not to delay the entrance examination, my parents found Dr. Yang, who was extremely professional. He thought that I could get better before entering the school. His words gave me great hope. This is where I started my scoliosis training. 

一个月后，杨博士说我的左胸弯已经从13度回到了6度，腰弯从11度回到了2度，旋转从6度回到了3度，基本正常了。这个进步让我和我爸爸妈妈都很开心。

A month later, Dr. Yang said that my left chest bend had returned from 13 degrees to 6 degrees, my waist bend had returned from 11 degrees to 2 degrees, and my rotation had returned from 6 degrees to 3 degrees. It was basically normal. This progress makes my parents and I very happy.

考试前夕，我为了备考做了大规模的跳舞集训，因此，我的旋转又从3度增加到了7度。这个突如其来的变化让所有人都感到焦虑。杨博士及时为我制定了更加密集和高强度的训练计划。在最后的冲刺阶段，我的旋转度数终于再次回到3度，成功通过了入学考试！

On the eve of the exam, I conducted a large-scale dancing training to prepare for the exam so that my rotation increased from 3 degrees to 7 degrees. This sudden change made everyone feel anxious. Dr. Yang promptly formulated a more intensive and high-intensity training plan for me. In the final stage, my degree of rotation finally returned to 3 degrees again and successfully passed the entrance exam!

为了表达感谢我亲手写了一张贺卡，感谢杨博士的不放弃和辛勤付出。“尽心尽责技精湛，尽心呵护似亲人。”同时，为了庆祝在衷德脊柱的帮助下我成功考上了梦想的戏剧院校，我精心挑选了一束花送给衷德脊柱，祝衷德脊柱一帆风顺！

To express my gratitude, I personally wrote a greeting card to thank Dr. Yang for his ungiving up and hard work. At the same time, in order to celebrate my successful admission to the drama academy of my dreams with the help of Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center, I carefully selected a bouquet of flowers for them.
