我是心心，从22度回到11度，在“弯”路上我努力成长！

大家好，我叫心心，今年10岁了，妈妈在无意中发现我有侧弯，然后带我进去医院拍了片子，片子出来以后妈妈特别焦虑，在平台上看到了评分很高的衷德脊柱，决定来这里寻求办法。

Hello everyone, my name is Xinxin, and I’m 10 years old. My mom accidentally noticed that I had scoliosis and took me to the hospital for an X-ray scan. After seeing the results, Mom became extremely anxious. While searching online, she found Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center, which had excellent reviews, and decided to bring me here for help.

杨医生看了我的片子，说我的腰弯22度，需要立刻干预，然后我就训练了一段时间，发现角度回来了很多。然后又继续训练了一段时间，杨医生在给我评估的时候，发现了我是先天性侧弯，和妈妈沟通了以后决定让我佩戴支具，妈妈陪我一起去拍了片子，片子显示妈妈也有侧弯。

Dr. Yang examined my X-ray and said my lumbar curve measured 22 degrees, requiring immediate intervention. After undergoing physical therapy sessions for a period, follow-up scans showed significant improvement in the curvature. I continued the therapy, and during a subsequent evaluation, Dr. Yang discovered that my scoliosis was congenital. After discussing with my mom, it was decided that I should wear a brace. Mom accompanied me for another scan, which surprisingly revealed that she also had scoliosis. 

现在一年多过去了，我去脱掉支具拍片，角度回来了13度，看到这个消息，我和妈妈特别开心，我还画了一幅画送给杨医生。

Now, over a year later, I underwent a new scan without the brace, and my curvature had reduced by 13 degrees! Both Mom and I were overjoyed at the news. To express my gratitude, I drew a special picture and gave it to Dr. Yang.
