我是Matthew，训练+支具10天，从25度回到2度！

你们好，我是Matthew，我非常喜欢打篮球，平时也会自己做一些锻炼来增加体力。

Hello, I'm Matthew. I like playing basketball very much. I usually do some exercise by myself to increase my strength.

我从小生活在国外，当妈妈发现我可能有脊柱侧弯后想要带我去医院拍片子，但是那里拍片要很久很久，甚至需要排队，于是今年一到暑期，妈妈就带我回国看医生了。

I lived abroad when I was a child. When my mother discovered that I might have scoliosis, she wanted to take me to the hospital for a photo shoot, but it took a long time to take a photo shoot there, and even had to queue up. So during the summer vacation this year, my mother took me back to China to see a doctor.

很快拍完片子后结果显示我确实有脊柱侧弯，而且25度，这让我非常惊讶，还好妈妈有先见之明，提前在网上搜寻过了治疗脊柱侧弯的地方，立马带我来到了上海的衷德脊柱侧弯矫正与研究中心。

Soon after the film was taken, the results showed that I did have scoliosis, and it was 25 degrees. This surprised me. Fortunately, my mother had foresight and searched the Internet in advance for places to treat scoliosis, and immediately took me to Shanghai Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center.

杨博士在看过我的片子和体态之后，与妈妈沟通之下，选择了给我做训练并且佩戴支具。我真的很不习惯支具，但是每次来衷德训练的时候杨博士会鼓励我好好带支具，这样恢复起来效果会更好。做训练的时候的康复师姐姐也会给我加油鼓劲，知道我中文不太流利也会耐心的和我沟通训练动作的细节。

 After seeing my films and posture, Dr. Yang communicated with my mother and chose to train me and wear braces. I'm really not used to braces, but every time I come to Zhongde training, Dr. Yang will encourage me to wear braces well, so that the recovery effect will be better. My sister, a rehabilitation specialist, would also cheer me up during training. Knowing that I was not fluent in Chinese, she would patiently communicate with me the details of the training movements.

由于我回国的时间有限，仅仅10天时间的训练，再次拍片我已经回到了2度！这个结果再次让我震惊，也让妈妈惊喜。因此我决定在我出国后依旧坚持衷德的训练，谨记杨博士的话，坚持训练与佩戴支具，不辜负家人以及衷德的期待与鼓励。

Due to the limited time I had to return to China, I had returned to 2 degrees after just 10 days of training! This result shocked me again and surprised my mother. Therefore, I decided to continue to adhere to Zhongde's training after I went abroad, keep in mind Dr. Yang's words, insist on training and wearing braces, and live up to the expectations and encouragement of my family and Zhongde.
