Hello everyone, I'm Xiaohan. I love playing Minecraft and Black Myth: Wukong, and I usually enjoy listening to Western pop music.

两年前的时候，学校的体检中查出我有脊柱侧弯的问题，妈妈连夜约了儿童医院的检查。儿童医院也有推荐的训练机构，但是妈妈比较了一下，然后经过电话咨询，其实当时已经在心里确定了衷德脊柱。因为衷德就只做脊柱侧弯的保守治疗，非常的专业，杨医生当然也是专家级的。妈妈第一次电话咨询杨医生的时候，就感觉杨医生很有耐心。

Two years ago, during a school physical examination, they discovered I had scoliosis. My mom immediately scheduled an appointment at the Children's Hospital that very night. The Children's Hospital recommended some training institutions, but after comparing them and consulting over the phone, my mom had already decided on  Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center in her mind. That's because Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center*only* specializes in conservative treatment for scoliosis – they're incredibly professional, and Dr. Yang is certainly an expert. From the very first phone consultation, my mom felt Dr. Yang was very patient.

拿着医院拍好的片子，一走进衷德，虽然是一个治疗训练的地方，也不大，但却十分温馨，瞬间好感度提升。不仅训练器械完备，而且会根据不同的情况制定不同的训练内容。

Walking into Zhongde with my hospital X-ray images, even though it's a treatment and training center and not very large, it felt instantly warm and welcoming – my comfort level immediately went up. Not only are the training facilities well-equipped, but they also design personalized training programs based on each individual's specific condition.

杨医生看片子很仔细，还说了儿童医院医生没有提到过的脊柱问题。也解答了我们很多的疑惑，并且还建议妈妈也可以再去问问其他的训练机构。最后定了训练+戴支具。我的侧弯虽然比较严重，但是现在两年过去了，已经有了明显的好转。虽然治疗需要一个相对长的时间，但是有杨医生和可爱的治疗师们，妈妈和我还是非常有信心的。

Dr. Yang examined my X-rays very carefully and pointed out spinal issues the Children's Hospital doctors hadn't mentioned. He also answered many of our questions and even suggested my mom could consult other training institutions too. In the end, we decided on a combination of training sessions and wearing a brace. Although my curvature was quite severe, now, two years later, there's been significant improvement. Even though treatment requires a relatively long journey, with Dr. Yang and the lovely therapists, my mom and I feel very confident.

现在我的角度从36回到了22度，感谢杨医生的耐心解答，也感谢衷德的姐姐们一直陪伴我～
