我是小贝，37度到12度，感谢衷德改善了我的脊柱侧弯！

大家好，我是小贝，我平时喜欢玩第五人格，还有追韩国女团。

Hello everyone, I'm Xiaobei. I usually enjoy playing Identity V and following K-pop girl groups. 

小学的时候体检，检查出来有侧弯，但是角度不大，也就没在意。后来去外婆家吃饭的时候，外婆觉得我坐下来体态不好，然后去拍片，片子出来了以后发现侧弯已经加重了很多。

Back in elementary school during a physical checkup, I was diagnosed with scoliosis, but since the curve was mild, I didn't pay much attention to it. Later, while having a meal at my grandma's house, she noticed my poor sitting posture and suggested I get an X-ray. After the results came out, we discovered the scoliosis had worsened significantly.

妈妈就带我来到了衷德脊柱，杨医生的专业让妈妈决定就在这里治疗。现在一年多过去了，我的侧弯从37度降到了12度，这对我来说是特别开心的事情。每次的训练我都可以听自己喜欢的歌曲，过程并没有想象的痛苦。

My mom then took me to Zhongde Scoliosis Clinic and Research Center. Dr. Yang's expertise convinced my mom to proceed with treatment there. Now, over a year later, my spinal curve has reduced from 37 degrees to 12 degrees – something that makes me super happy! During every training session, I get to listen to my favorite songs, and the process wasn't as painful as I'd imagined.
